Founders Network had inconsistent fonts, colors and scattered assets, which slowed design work, created implementation ambiguity and weakened the platform experience.
The challenge
The design files were difficult to maintain. Developers and designers lacked a reliable source of truth for typography, color, icons and reusable components.

File Structure
Organized Figma pages by sections and components so the team could quickly find, update and reuse elements.
Componentization
Created reusable components, typography styles, color styles and an icon library to support cleaner handoff.
